Whether you want one-time services from Maribeth, or continual support, you have the flexibility to choose based on your needs. Single Full Alignment Session: Yoga + Reiki + Meditation
Double Mini Alignment Session: Yoga or Reiki + Meditation (will schedule 2 sessions)
Session Duration: 2.5 hours

2 Yoga sessions/ month (can be paired with reiki)
2 Reiki sessions/ month (can be paired with yoga)
2 guided meditations & breath work
Up to 1 alignment check-in

Initial Session: 2.5
Following: 1.5-2

4 Yoga sessions/ month (can be paired with reiki)
2 Reiki sessions/ month (can be paired with yoga)
2 guided meditations & breath work (paired with yoga)
Up to 2 alignment check-ins (in-session or via phone)

Initial Session: 2.5
Following: 1.5-2
Single Offerings
A 1-2 hour single session. Includes virtual intake so we can get the most out of our time together.
Note: Session can be virtual if you are remote.
A 1.5-2 hour session for full energetic alignment, release and restoration. No intake session needed.
Note: Can be done virtually.
